The path, in order

2013 · Students Manager — first product, at age 13

My first product: a productivity app for students that brought together subjects, assignments and exams in one place. It won the Start-Up School in Catalonia. This is where it all began.

2016 · Sharge — co-founder & CTO

I co-founded Sharge, a sharing-economy platform to charge electric cars between individuals, in collaboration with Audi: anyone with a plug could share it so others could charge their vehicle. As CTO, I led technology and product. Sharge won the Audi Creativity Challenge and that year I took part in the Imagine Silicon Valley program.

2017 · Forbes 30 Under 30 and FileNation

In January 2017 I was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list (Technology, Europe) for my role as CTO of Sharge —being the youngest on the list. The recognition is associated with Sharge, not with later projects. That same year I launched FileNation, a decentralized file-sharing tool over IPFS that reached the front page of Hacker News and surpasses 860 stars on GitHub.

2018 · Shasta — founder & CEO

I founded Shasta, a peer-to-peer international payments app: send, request and receive money instantly, in multiple currencies. It was my first product with real financial context and the foundation of everything I build today. It is an earlier stage.

December 2024 · Bennu — co-founder & CEO

I founded Bennu in December 2024. Bennu Edge develops the software and interface of a private self-custody platform. The capabilities offered by third parties and their availability depend on the provider, eligibility and jurisdiction. This is my current stage.

Unicorn Payments — founder

Unicorn Payments is a software, systems and IT consulting brand, with operating entities in Spain, the United States and the UAE. Unicorn Payments FZE operates from Sharjah with a technology scope. More detail in scope and structure and in Companies.

What I build

I'm interested in the hardest and most interesting layer: moving value across borders. Software, product, self-custody and infrastructure for international operations —from Barcelona and LATAM to the Middle East. I write about it on the blog: compliance, KYC/AML, open banking, digital payments and operating across jurisdictions.
