Bennu Edge develops the software and the interface of a private self-custody platform. What Bennu builds is product and technology: the experience layer that makes usable something that is normally complex.

BENNU EDGE LLC, incorporated in New Mexico (USA), operates the platform, is the user's primary counterparty, and develops its software, support, and commercial services. Bennu is not a bank or custodian and does not receive or administer the user's private key.

A precision about the name: there are two distinct companies under the Bennu Edge brand. BENNU EDGE LLC operates bennu.app and is the platform's primary counterparty. Bennu Edge, S.L. provides limited administrative and operational support and remains the controller described in the current privacy policy.

Bennu facilitates self-custody through Privy user wallets and does not receive or safeguard the private key. User-authorised swaps, routing, earning, and other DeFi activity settle on third-party protocols and blockchain networks; 0x and Relay may provide routing infrastructure. Bennu does not operate those protocols, take principal positions, match orders, or become a party to the on-chain transaction. APY is estimated, variable, and not guaranteed; actual returns may be lower or negative and total loss is possible.

Depending on the flow, a specific third-party entity may provide one or more fiat, payment, virtual-account, or on/off-ramp functions. Before activation, the flow must identify the service, legal provider, terms, and territory. Bridge, Transak, and Iron are possible integrations; this does not mean each brand supplies every function. BENNU EDGE LLC does not claim a MiCA CASP, UAE virtual-asset or financial-services, or US money-transmitter licence. The bennu.app website and Bennu services are not intended for persons located in the United Kingdom.

Commercial names do not imply that an entity is authorised for an activity other than the one described in its documentation and applicable licence.
