What Shasta was
Shasta aimed to make moving money between people and currencies as simple as sending a message. It was my first serious contact with the hard part of financial infrastructure: compliance, providers, currencies and trust.
Why it still matters
Everything I learned at Shasta —about payments, regulated providers and operating across jurisdictions— is the direct foundation of what I build today at Bennu and Unicorn Payments.
