What Shasta was
Shasta aimed to make sending money between people as simple as sending a message. It was my first serious contact with the hard part of a consumer product at scale: security, reliability, third-party integrations and trust.
Why it still matters
Everything I learned at Shasta —about product rigour, third-party integrations and operating across jurisdictions— is the direct foundation of what I build today at Bennu and Unicorn Payments.
